Rajasthan School of Law for Women in association with Rajasthan Education Trust organized “2nd Justice S.C. Agarwal Memorial Lecture” on 2nd March, 2024 on the topic ” Public Interest Litigation: History , Challenges and Prospectus”. The Chief Guest and  Keynote Speaker for the Lecture was Shri Prashant Bhushan Sir ( Senior Advocate , Supreme Court of India) ,  Sir delivers a compelling discourse on the power and potential of Public Interest Litigation to effectuate positive societal change and while highlighting the importance of Public Intetest Litigation in his lecture, sir said  that it is  because of this process today we are seeing the the expansion of Fundamental Rights which are granted by Indian Constitution. 

The gathering was also graced by Various Eminent Dignitaries , Hon’ble Justice Shri P. C. Jain  ,  Justice Shri J.K. Ranka , Justice Prashant Agarwal , Justice Banwari Lal Sharma, Justice Meena Gomber , Smt. Aruna Roya , Dr. Rashmi Chaturvedi , Dr. Rekha Bhatnagar and Dr. Vartika Arora. An Interactive Session was conducted after the lecture and the event was concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Vartika Arora( Principal RSLW).
